Queen Elizabeth II Land Rover Sold For $45,487
We mentioned not too long ago that the Land Rover which used to belong to Queen Elizabeth II was up for auction and the most recent news we have heard, it sold. A recent auction at the Brooklands Museum in Surrey dropped the final gavel on this classic 1978 Royal Review State V Series III Land Rover at $45,487. A vehicle which only has 1892 miles on the odometer. Practically new!
According to liveauctioneers.com the price for which they were asking for this Rover was between 23 and 28 thousand dollars. By almost doubling that asking price I think it is safe to say reverence to all that is associated with the royal family and, specifically, Her Majesty is still alive and well. And as they say in the U.K……..Long Live The Queen!
